Shipping Policy:
All orders placed with The Mountain Country Crafts are processed with care to ensure accuracy and quality. In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days, while custom embroidery or crochet orders require 6–10 business days before shipping. Shipping times may vary during holidays or periods of high order volume.
We currently ship within the United States only. All packages are shipped through trusted carriers.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. The Mountain Country Crafts is not responsible for delays and/or lost packages, caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy:
At The Mountain Country Crafts, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, preference changes, or dissatisfaction with the style, color, or design. Please review all item descriptions and sizing carefully before placing your order.
The only exception to our no-return policy is damaged items. If you receive a product that arrives damaged, you must email us a clear photo of the damaged item so we can verify the issue. Once confirmed, you may choose either a replacement or a refund.
Please note that if the damage appears intentional, tampered with, or not consistent with shipping or production-related issues, a refund or replacement will not be granted. All refunds and return decisions are made at the sole discretion of The Mountain Country Crafts.
